Season your beef, chicken, or turkey as desired and brown in a skillet.
Add the sauce to the beef and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
While the beef simmers, combine the egg, half of the mozzarella, cheddar, or Parmesan cheese.
Add parsley, pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture in a big bowl and combine.
Spray your baking sheet with some baking oil.
Preheat your oven (to 350).
Spread the meat and sauce mixture at the bottom.
Lay 4-5 lasagna noodles over the mixture.
Spread the cheese and egg mixture on the noodles.
Repeat by adding another layer of meat and sauce mixture.
Repeat until you have made the desired layers or after exhausting all the mixtures.
The last top layer should be covered with mozzarella cheese
Cover the pan with foil paper and bake until the lasagna is entirely done (approximately 60 minutes).
Bring the pan out and rest for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish of choice.
