Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients and equipment. Wash and dry the cucumber, red onion, tomato, and cilantro leaves. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes. Dice the cucumber, red onion, and tomato into small pieces. Chop the cilantro leaves. Place all the prepared ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a spoon or fork, gently mash the diced avocado until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime onto the mashed avocado and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a touch of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes and mix again.
  • Add the diced cucumber, red onion, tomato, and chopped cilantro leaves to the mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed and coated with the mashed avocado and lime juice mixture.
