- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in the polenta.
Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring the polenta until it is thick and creamy, about 20 minutes.
