Preheat the oven to 350°F
Wash your potato with salt and cut them into wedges.
Rub vegetable oil or Olive oil on the potatoes
Season with salt and pepper (pepper is optional)
You can also add in other seasonings of your choice
Pierce the potatoes severally with a knife or fork.
Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until when they become soft or cooked.
Bring them out and cut in the center.
Serve with butter, cheddar cheese, or black pepper.
Serve with a green salad and enjoy.
