  • You must take your time to chop your tomatoes into smaller pieces. How you slice your tomatoes is very significant as it will affect the general taste of your recipe.
Take your time to chop your tomatoes into the smallest possible pieces. You can use a tomato shredder if you have one. Lastly, drain the tomatoes and any excess water or liquid before mixing the sliced bits into the bowl. This is very important.
  • Slice or Cut your Fresh Basil, you must include fresh basil. Since this recipe has a few ingredients, you should take your time to ensure all the ingredients are prepared as they should be.
Put all the basil leaves together. Roll them. Once you are done, use a knife to slide them in gently. You can combine your chopped basil with the tomat
  • Once you are done with the fresh basil, you should cut the garlic into smaller pieces. When cutting garlic, it is imperative not to take too much. Using 4 to 5 garlic pieces will work. After slicing the garlic, you can add them to the bowl where you keep your tomatoes and basil leaves.
While at it, add a spoonful of garlic to a small bowl of olive oil. Later in the recipe, we will use this.
  • Add Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, and Ground Pepper; You must add all the other seasonings. These include 2 tablespoons of extra olive oil, one tablespoon of vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
Once you have added all these, stir the mixture for around 1 minute. Allow the mixture to marinate for 30 minutes once you finish stirring.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and slice the bread; Take your time to slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Brush the slices lightly with olive oil and the garlic you keep aside when slicing garlic. Flip or turn the bread over and repeat the same process.
Ensure you brush each slice with olive oil. Once you have done this, toast the bread in the oven until they turn golden brown and crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Adding mixture to each slice of bread is thelast thing to do when preparing a tasty bruschetta topping recipe. You must quickly use a spoon to apply the mixture to each slice of bread. Once you are done adding the mixture, you can add a little olive oil to the bread. This will increase the meal’s taste and flavor.
Remember to serve this meal immediately after eating it. This will reduce the chances of bread losing its taste. It will also allow you to enjoy each ingredient’s tastes and flavors.
