Put the whole ingredients in a large bowl and mix them.
Refrigerate for 30 mins.
Ensure your fillets are without skin
Slit the middle or side of the fillet, depending on where you want your fillings to sit.
Season the fillet with salt and pepper and stuff the fillet with the fillings.
Put the stuffed salmon in the oiled air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F temperature until the salmon temperature is within 135 to 140 degrees F.
Remove from the air fryer and allow it to rest; this will enable it to cook to 145 degrees F without burning.
