Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F
Prepare your ribs by removing the silver skin from the back of the ribs and trimming excess fat.
Apply your preferred dry rub or barbecue sauce to both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs on the grill grate bone side down and close the lid.
Cook the ribs for 2-3 hours, maintaining a temperature of 225°F
After the first 2-3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil to help keep them moist. Add a bit of liquid, such as apple juice, to the foil for added flavor.

Place the wrapped ribs back on the grill and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches about 190°F
Bring down the ribs from the grill and allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
