Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of chilli powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk over medium heat in a medium saucepan until it steams.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of cold water until dissolved.
  • Add the cornstarch mixture to the heated milk and stir for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
  • Add the shredded cheese to the saucepan and stir until it is fully melted and combined with the milk mixture.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and stir until fully combined.
  • Continue to heat the nacho cheese over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is fully heated and smooth.
  • Serve immediately with your favourite gluten-free tortilla chips, nachos, or other Mexican dishes.
