- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of chilli powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the milk over medium heat in a medium saucepan until it steams.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of cold water until dissolved.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the heated milk and stir for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
Add the shredded cheese to the saucepan and stir until it is fully melted and combined with the milk mixture.
