gather all the ingredients needed to make the dressing and put them in the food processor or blender.Measure out 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/4 cup of water. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or honey to taste.
Pour the dressing into a serving container and use immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Give the dressing a good shake before using, as the ingredients may settle over time.
