  • 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Measure out 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 1/4 cup of water.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add more water until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or honey to taste.
  • Pour the dressing into a serving container and use immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Give the dressing a good shake before using, as the ingredients may settle over time.
