Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them until tender. Sauté onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika in a separate pan.
  • Mash the cooked potatoes and mix them with the sautéed onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the potato mixture into balls and coat them in beaten eggs and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the coated potato balls in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
