Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, chives, and thyme.
  • Sprinkle the herb mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a crispy crust, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  • If you don't have all the fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs instead.
  • You can also add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your preferred level of spice.
