  • Whisk or fork
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Storage container

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the agave nectar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Using a whisk or fork, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until well combined. Make sure there are no lumps, and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  • Taste the honey mustard and adjust the seasonings according to your preference. You can add a bit more agave nectar if you prefer a sweeter taste. For more tanginess, you can add a splash of apple cider vinegar.
  • Once you are satisfied with the taste, transfer the vegan honey mustard to a storage container or jar with a lid.
Refrigerate the honey mustard for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix together.
When ready to serve, stir the honey mustard quickly and use it as a dip, dressing, or spread as desired.
