Pastry cutter or fork
2 cups self-rising flour 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and honey.
Add the plain Greek yogurt to the bowl.
Using a pastry cutter or fork, mix the ingredients until they form a dough.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it until smooth.
Pat or roll the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm).
Use a biscuit cutter or a drinking glass to cut out biscuits from the dough.
Place the cut biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let the biscuits cool for a few minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
If you don't have self-rising flour, you can make your own by combining all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt. For a flakier texture, fold the dough a few times before rolling it out. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter or milk for a golden appearance.
