- 1/2 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup soybean oil
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon natural flavor
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon potassium sorbate
- 1/4 teaspoon sodium benzoate
In a blender or food processor, puree the aged red peppers until smooth.
