- 2 pounds (907 grams) of potatoes
- 1 cup (240 ml) of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) of unsweetened almond milk
