Grilled Cheese Recipe Without Butter

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or any other cheese of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
Place one slice of bread, olive oil side down, in the pan.
Add the cheese slices on top of the bread in the pan.
Place the other slice of bread, olive oil side up, on top of the cheese.
Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the sandwich from the pan and let it cool for a few minutes.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
