Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 packet of Old El Paso Guacamole Spice Mix
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Finely chop the red onion and dice the tomato.
  • Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, gently mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  • Sprinkle the entire packet of Old El Paso Guacamole Spice Mix over the mashed avocado and mix well.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the avocado mixture and stir until combined.
  • Add the finely chopped red onion and diced tomato to the avocado mixture. Mix well.
  • Taste the guacamole and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped tomato or fresh cilantro if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos, burritos, or sandwiches.
