Homemade Cheese Crisp
Homemade cheese crisps are a delicious and easy snack made from shredded cheese, flour, and spices. Simply spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden brown. - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each spoonful of mixture into a thin, even layer.
Bake the cheese crisps in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Once the cheese crisps have cooled, gently lift them off the parchment paper using a spatula.
Serve the cheese crisps immediately or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
