Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan or any other cheese of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each spoonful of mixture into a thin, even layer.
  • Bake the cheese crisps in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Once the cheese crisps have cooled, gently lift them off the parchment paper using a spatula.
  • Serve the cheese crisps immediately or store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
