- 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of spiced rum optional
- 1 tablespoon of honey optional
- Ice cubes optional
Add the pineapple, mango, and strawberries to the blender.
Pour in the orange juice and coconut milk.
If desired, add the spiced rum and honey to the blender.
Add ice cubes to thicken the smoothie, if desired.
